remove outdated calendar links #966

@achow did you say you pinged about updating the calendar event time? concept ACK to removing incorrect time but could be kept if changed.

I have a slight preference for removing only because it's one less external thing someone has to keep up-to-date, but I mentioned in IRC I'd be happy to make a new calendar if we don't get a response re: updating the existing one and people find the cal links valuable.

The linked calendar appears to be updated (with the exception of the wallet meeting), so I don' think this matters?
