add: entry for TogetherPool #23

TogetherPool seems to be a new pool mining with coinbase tag TogetherPool and address the coinbase output address bc1qwlrsvgtn99rqp3fgaxq6f6jkgms80rnej0a8tc.

I haven't found a website yet.
