Validate coinbase output addresses #4

It's unclear if all coinbase output addresses contained in pools.json are really coinbase output addresses. For example, this comment mentions that addresses belonging to exchanges were added to the list in the past. (They have since been removed in this fork.)

A tool to check if these addresses exist and if they received coinbase outputs in the past would be good. This could be included in the CI.
