Added Bitdeer as in the block 691271 #44

I think this can be helpful as a fall back if the payout address is unknown. The block 691271 paid to 1Bf9sZvBHPFGVPX71WX2njhd1NXKv5y7v5 which receives both BTC.com and Bitdeer payouts. Payout address matching should be preferred over coinbase tag matching.
