Set up warnet with a fork and specify custom tags and branches for tanks. #575

I think it will really be nice for Warnet to be able to

  1. When setting up, provide a link to a Bitcoin Core fork, which should be built and pushed to the Bitcoin-dev-project registry (temporarily) or a local registry.

  2. Specify a tag or branch for tanks. It will be better than the current procedure of modifying the tags locally in networks.yaml, as is currently branch cannot be used for a tank.
