Good open question on any timewarp fix, do we wish to constrain future consensus rules evolvability w.rt things like “forward block”.

How useful is fixing timewarp attacks on a permissioned PoW network?

I understand it makes a lot of sense on testnet4 or future mainnet softfork, but the miner of a Signet network (even a custom signet one) is not incetivized to trigger timewarp. Maybe for learning and experimentation purposes?
