Stacks 2.1 Features / Integration

This issue is a placeholder to discuss the newly incoming Stacks 2.1 features that may help us with this idea, including:

• principal-destruct
• principal-construct
• get-burn-block-info?
• slice
• buff-to-uint-le
• from-consensus-buff
• to-consensus-buff

Also some relevant changes:

• fixed: principal-of?

If we find any of these elements useful along the way this would be the best place to lay out what/why.
