Migrate front-end code to GH org #28

It would be great to have the code for this as part of the org so work can be done alongside the contract and chainhook development.

@bruffstar any blockers to doing this? Wondering if we should scaffold a default Next.js app or if you have something that can speed up the process.

Closing this as we now have a default Next.js app wired up with micro-stacks in bitcoin-nfts/bitcoin-faces-frontend, and next steps will be outlined in #40.
