Show/repeat most popular currencies at top of the currency converter screen #41

BitcoinAverage added cross-rates - this is fantastic news for people trading in less popular currencies, but now means that major currencies like USD and EUR are buried in a giant list. It'd be good to repeat a handful of them at the top for quick access.

Some weeks ago I changed the list so that it opens always on the currently selected currency. Does it fix (part of) your problem?

It helps, certainly! It still takes a moment to find the most popular currencies in the giant list, but that's not so bad.
