Create sponsors route and page /sponsors -List of sponsors (layout for Tiered level sponsors potentially Gold, Silver, Bronze)

Create sponsors/affiliates route and page -List of sponsors -List of affiliates -Contact form to become a sponsor/affiliate

I think just have an email to contact us. Make the contact form another issue.
