Add more electrumx servers for redundancy #24

Tried on Electron-cash, the three servers seemed to work.

Where these servers tried with the app? I found that not all servers work with this app.

I'm not sure what the app does, but if it conforms to at least electrumx 1.2 specs they should work... although indeed one was taken offline since the PR. Modifying.

Note: the Electron-cash repo keeps a more up-to-date known list at https://github.com/Electron-Cash/Electron-Cash/blob/master/lib/servers.json
