Really appreciate the work. However, this sort of addition is not in the near term roadmap for any of the implementations (BU, XT, ABC, Parity, bitCrust, etc.). We're currently focused on being digital peer-to-peer cash; although this proposal may have some utility for automated accounts receivable.
Unfortunately, I just don't see this being implemented by any of the existing Bitcoin Cash teams in the near term. If you'd like to carry this idea forward, I would start by getting one of the node implementations to sponsor this idea and provide a prototype.
