Get bdk-reserves under bdk project #9

Opening up this issue to carry the conversation for getting bdk-reserves into bdk project.. There are few breaking changes coming up in bdk v0.21.0 too.. Getting this project under bdk will help speedup bdk version upgrades, which will in turn help in bdk-cli version upgrades..

Yes, that was the idea from the beginning. What would that involve, and how do we proceed? It would probably be good to have the repo under bdk be the leading one. What's the process for that? I transfer the ownership of this repo to the bdk github organization, and then clone a new one here?

As shared owners of https://crates.io/crates/bdk-reserves Steve accepted a long time ago, Alekos is still outstanding, and Raj I didn't find on crates.io. Is there anybody else who should be added?

@ulrichard I'll put this on the agenda for our next bdk team chat, I think you'll need to give me admin rights on the bdk-reserves repo, then I can transfer it to the bitcoindevkit org in github. Once there you can keep your admin rights on it too.
