BitcoinCash Client Support #119

Hey folks,

I am looking for an electrum client supporting BitcoinCash. I know that elect-rs supports only Bitcoin but maybe you are aware of an implementation or at least give me a hint on how to implement it (I assume that I will need to use bitcoincash crate).
