Fix self-linking bullets in RSS feed #399

Looks ugly since #369 and fake bullet links are useless (the links don't work in the Liferea feed reader; I might be able to fix that using a base uri). Screenshot of ugliness:

FWIW my feed reader also shows the same formatting. The anchors work depending on which view-mode my reader is in.

Is there any desire to retain the anchors (we can use a different icon) and have them point to the canonical content? E.g.

<a href="#foo">*</a> C-Lightning 3600 [...]

would become

<a href="https://bitcoinops.org/en/newsletters/2020/05/01/#foo">*</a> C-Lightning 3600 [...]

Otherwise, I'm just going to disable them like for the email template.

My vote is to remove them for the RSS feed
