Add tapleaf constructor from descriptor #155

Were you planning on using these removed methods for anything, @jachiang ?

@jnewbery, no - thanks for removing this. I am working on a from_script parser for Miniscript. It may be easier/cleaner to use that code later on if helpful for tapscript construction.
