This PR adds a feature for follow-up questions to be generated for each question asked by the user therefore extending the usage of the application by the user

The scrollbar box always trailing at the bottom while the response is streaming. Can we hide that until the follow up questions have been streamed?

Sometimes, the order of the content is misplaced. I guess this is because we aren't sure how the ai is going to present the final message. Maybe we can alter the order such that the sources always show last in the UI below the follow-up questions. Currently we also show the sources last but its up above the follow-up questions.
