I want to rewrite the trader script in typescript :) Just a small reminder for me^^ Also:

[ ] ~skip retry queue for {"code":-2010,"msg":"Account has insufficient balance for requested action."}~
[x] fall back to non-margin trading if margin trading fails
[x] add time to logs
[x] try to enable notifications on manual close

I'm now pretty much finished rewriting the trader script in typescript. But I'll surely add extensive tests and paper trading before merging this.
