Update webpage to the new reality #24

Following a bugreport on the ML, here is a patch that fixes the outdated info on the website.

Which in turn was based on confused users on IRC and the mailing list, but that's besides the point!

On topic:

  1. We should verify if this is the intended behaviour, and update the code instead if it is not.
  2. If you can get in touch with a/the Russian speaking contributor to update the corresponding /views/ru/apt.html.erb, it would be great to have up-to-date as well.
