Propose to remove cryptobroker #9

I propose we delist cryptobroker.io from all our sites/ANN other references. This has been multiple times and I feel we can no longer tolerate the way this exchange has conducted themselves.

People are having multiple issues and are worried cause their funds are stuck.

Has anyone actually lost coins trying to withdraw, or are they just extremely slow? If they're just extremely slow, we can add an alert on clicking their link on the site that says "Be aware that this exchange is extremely slow to withdraw funds -- possibly multiple days."

well its the 3rd time that I can remember it happens - there have been no real signs of growing exchange either. I think it has the same coins it had when we were listed on them. This has happened too many times and we can't be endorsing it. There has been no activity in trades since Dec 24th and some people have been complaining they haven't had any response to their tickets for over two weeks. It's dangerous for us to continue to list them and let new people try and deposit to it.
