btcz coin recieve problem on macosx wallet #44

to whom it may concern,

I send my btcz coin from exchange to my bitcoinz wallet but nothing came. I am using mac os wallet versin 1.0.9 last version. When I looked at tx from explorer transaction showing but in my wallet nothing to come. Would you help this situation . what is the problem.

You need go Settings=> Wallets and Integrations => Personal Wallet(or name of your wallet) => More Options => Wallet Information => Wallet Addresses

Press "Unused Addresses" and "Scan Addresses for funds"

Hy ,i have The problem to recover my wallet. I try 10 Times, i write The phrase corect, end nothig. Like The phaze is wrong

I delete the app 1 year ago ,end now i try check my wallet but not working Is same password (phrase).
