Seperate go source and rust into different repo #140

To Do

  1. Move all the go file and related gobin folder to https://github.com/bitconch/bitconch-go
  2. Remove all the go reference in bitconch-core
  3. bitconch-go will be the go-wrapper for bitcoch-core
  4. folders includes common gobin
