fix battery voltage #17

Hi, there was a problem with the battery voltage

Hi I can't reproduce the Issue since axp.getBattVoltage() always returns mV like 4207.50 for me Can you send me output of the command

pio lib list

And some of your recived Messages? I need the raw bytes and the resulting voltage image As example:

AA0100 "bat": 4.2
