Rework aideck repo docs #119

The current menu of the aideck https://www.bitcraze.io/documentation/repository/aideck-gap8-examples/master/ is a bit messy and not on the same level as the other repo documentation, so it might be nice to look at that.

Also the folders don't match the menu.yml anymore either. We should convert fully to the autogenerated menu structure: https://www.bitcraze.io/development/contribute/repo-doc-guidelines/#auto-generated-menu
