New tuning for gazebo model #64

Should partially solve #60 and have even better tuning for the velocity controller (which a bit slow now).

I've reverted some of the system ID since we still have to do more research on what are the proper values. but at least it flies more stabily now and reacts better to external twists! Before it was much slower in reaction
