Reset node to and from bootloader using usb commands #18

We should be able to reset the node to and from DFU bootloader using DFU commands. This would simplify reprogramming a system of anchors.

To reset from dfu mode we can use the -s :leave option of dfu-utils as reported in the forum: https://forum.bitcraze.io/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2595&p=13084
