Update Dropdown component

Uses either the outline or invisible button variants.
Dropdown container uses the same pressed-state outline as the buttons.
Has a minimum width of 17.5rems.
There is no padding between buttons.
A divider line (2px height and vertical padding of 4px top and bottom) can be used to separate sections within the dropdown.
Max. height 38rems - after that the content scroll.
A divided section can be sticky when scrolling if it makes sense (e.g a logout button.)
When dropdown height could be longer than the screen height, it fills the screen height and the rest of the content scrolls
