[Feature] Enable identity providers #40

Feature Description

Currently, addresses on the leaderboard are displayed in hex, which makes it hard to identify recognizable individuals that a user may choose to delegate to.

I propose integrating the following identity providers (ordered by decreasing priority):

[ ] ENS
[ ] Uniswap Sybil
[ ] 3box
[ ] DID (TBD)
[ ] Our own identitiy captures (TBD)
