Crash when deleted selected area on mutilayered file. #364

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. File had 2 layers with something on both layers
2. used pencil tool on top layer
3. used the undo function (Ctrl+Z)
4. Selected area on top layer using the marquee Rectangular tool.
5. press the 'Delete'
6. Application crashed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
not to crash

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
beta3 Windows 8.1

*Please provide any additional information below. If the program crashed on
Windows, you can attach the aseprite-memory.dmp file generated in the same
location where aseprite.exe is.*

I was not able to reproduce this bug with the current version in development. 
So I'll leave this open to be checked in the next release.
