What steps will reproduce the problem?
No specific steps, sorry. Either way, this is likely somewhat related to Issue
427.
I had multiple views open. One (on the right) was a file with a lot of video
frames I was using to paste to the other view (on the left) to compile the
animation. (The frames weren't arranged such that the import sprite sheet would
have worked.)
I pasted and pressed control+D to deselect. Unlike Issue 427, I did not close
the window, but I likely did save the source file I was copying from slightly
before this happened. I did not save the destination file recently, as a fair
amount of copies were lost.
This happened twice (always immediately after ctrl+d on the destination image),
but I've only got one dump. I didn't copy the first before it was overwritten.
:(
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Aseprite-1.0.2 on Windows Vista 32 bit.

Windows, you can attach the aseprite-memory.dmp file generated in the same
location where aseprite.exe is.*
