How to make my own hardware fit for BLHeli? #449

Now I have a design based on MPU N76E003AQ20, which have a 8051 core and can run at 16MHz. Then how to determine components and the connection of pins so that the hardware can run BLHeli, or more precisely, the firmware J_H_30_REV16_71?
