Missing target #594

The target / hex file for the Tmotor Velox is missing. Under 32.7 and 32.8 the target is called Tmotor_32 with hex file Tmotor_32Bit_32_83.Hex Unless it's renamed to Tmotor_32Bit_Multi_32_83.Hex Anyone ?

The Tmotor_32Bit_Multi target is the target for the Velox 4in1, I have the latest test code on my Velox v2 ESC.
