Beta Testcode 32.9.3 and 32.9.9 - Able to turn off soft motor start when arming? #694

Is there a way to disable the soft motor startup when you arm or are using turtle mode to flip back over?

I found that it's actually more annoying than useful especially when using turtle mode. You have to pitch and roll even more and the motor barely spins up due to the soft motor start feature.

Or, in at least the next BLHeli32 configurator (32.10.XX) could an option be added in to all for soft motor start to be either on or off?

Thanks!

I'm not quite sure what you mean here. Do you mean the first few hundred milliseconds of rotation? This is a sequence of events that is designed to reliably acquire and maintain sync while bringing the motor up to speed. There is one setting that affects the max allowed power during this sequence, and that is rampup power. Increasing it will increase the max allowed power during the startup sequence.
