version cabal file as per stack recommandation #277

DEPRECATED: The package at Archive from https://github.com/wireapp/bloodhound/archive/b409f52b518f20a4c20651b5893c31b7b85cb9b1.tar.gz does not include a cabal file. Instead, it includes an hpack package.yaml file for generating a cabal file. This usage is deprecated; please see https://github.com/commercialhaskell/stack/issues/5210. Support for this workflow will be removed in the future.

I don't know who you are, you don't have any non-GitHub references to your person on your GitHub. I realize this is probably fine but I don't really want to accept a commit from someone with "HACKED" as their avi.

I'll generate the file and version it myself after work today.
