Why not platform? #120

Just a surface-level addition to "Why not platform?" to make the explanation a bit less of of a text-dump, addressing #114. :balloon:

I know you're trying to help and I appreciate the PR. Those objections are a little dated depending on which version of Platform you're talking about. Some of the more recent problems are things like the bundled Stack having a known, serious bug and the Platform maintainers not pushing out a fixed version until the next GHC release.

I'd rather leave the section as-is. Thank you for the contribution though!
