configuration file package.keywords seems deprecated and file format is different

If it's possible to fix in this pr: arch linux has no haddock package, only haskell-haddock-library: https://archlinux.org/packages/?sort=&q=haddock&maintainer=&flagged=

So, arch linux installation guide should be fixed too.

@snowinmars this change was made two years ago, will be complicated to get back to it and add something for Arch =_=

I'd better not do it in this PR
