Link to the official fp-course #151

My understanding is that bitemyapp/fp-course exists to support stack. However, the official fp-course now includes equal support for cabal and stack. Linking to the official also means that the latest course will be used.

The install instructions aren't what I'd believe would best avoid beginners getting stuck. I'll keep it as it is, thank you.
