Add state for a not found user #23

Can you elaborate a little more on the requirements for this?

@grimmjow8 Basically a feedback on the screen that shows there are no users with a given name that was searched.

This is how instagram does: image

It only happens when you are searching, it's now shown in case you just open the search page without typing on the searchbar.

Obviously we should come up with something that would better suit the app's visual identity.
