HF conflict with Bitfinex web GUI - orders table #601

When HF is connected, the main web access fails to load the orders table.

Reported at first to support@bitifnex.com, ticket #497835 about a week ago (I did not understand the relation to active HF access at the time).

The error at web GUI comes either with first AO placed by HF. Simlply connecting HF via API keys does not trigger it yet.

fixed on bitfinex web in latest deployment
