Zabbix error help #1

Hi, thank you for posting this template; for a total beginner to SNMP trying to diagnose a latency problem with a FTTP connection, it has been really helpful and informative.

I am seeing some errors in Zabbix relating to some of the variables in the template, see attached screenshot - there is something similar against all the items in the list with a red "I" next to it. Is there something I need to do in Zabbix to initialise these values, or am I missing something else altogether?

My apologies if this is a really dumb question, this is my first ever foray into SNMP

Hi Marc, which Draytek and which version of Zabbix do you have? I will verify it with mine.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I run a Vigor 2926 and zabbix is v5.0.4 running in a VM on my qnap NAS.

That said, I have played around a little more and think I am starting to understand how things hold together a little better and how variables are passed, and seem to have things working “sort of” how I want them.
