Possibility to change name/colour of calendars #1002

Maybe the "create collection" view can be reused somehow?

I'd be happy about UI suggestions how this could be done.

This would be a great feature. I also have the same problem with multiple accounts and calendars called "calendar".

I would suggest to simply add the functionality in the account - calendar (details) page, where one can see the details and eg. Turn on/off read-only mode. This where I looked first for this option and it is unobtrusive for all the people only having one calendar. I don't think it is necessary to change anything during the setup.
