Rename "Add Account" to something more understandable

1. Very occasionally I get complaints by users who think that "Create account" or "Add Account" button would indicate that there will be a new user account created on one of the DAVx5/Bitfire servers. However we don't even provide anything like this since people always connect to their own server.
2. Additionally Google now refused to make app updates for Managed DAVx5, stating that they found an "Add account" activity in the app, although we declared that we do not let users create accounts in the means of that we would then also would provide a possibility to delete user data upon request (to be GDPR compliant). But we can't delete what we don't have.

Solution:

We should rename the create account / add account buttons and activities to something more meaningful like "Connect to your server". Additionally we should put a hint above or below this to tell users once more that DAVx5 does not collect any data nor does it provide its own server infrastructure.

We are not going to change the text button, but increase the overall information. We've extended the initial title, and added a privacy hint to the add account wizard.
