Contacts are not moved when renaming address books #1085

Currently, Contacts are not moved when an address books is renamed (this had never worked). So the contacts get dropped from the contacts storage and then have to / will be downloaded at the next sync again.

However, if possible, contacts should be kept when the address book account is renamed.

It's especially annoying because the latest migration (to 4.4.3) renames address books.
