Purpose

Rewrite WebDAV UI to Material 3
Refactor for better app architecture (as discussed).

Short description

WebDavMountsActivity logic is moved to WebDavMountsScreen and WebDavMountsModel
database and network logic moved to WebDavMountRepository
added pull-refresh & progress bar for refreshing quota
added support for client certificates (closes #616)
