There are still a few TODOs in the document, that we should define and fix. This is required in order to progress to v0.1 with all projects.

TODO document:

batch processing semantics, available batch modes, and the parameter names used in the batch() environment of bitflow script
Required batch modes:
- flush after input closed (entire file)
- separation tag (with optional timeout)
- flush after fixed number of samples
- flush after fixed period of time
fork semantics (distributor, etc)
