feat: Adds Audio / Video input actions #6

Adds actions for Audio / Video input, Audio delay / levels (#2) and rename file from variable (#5).

Yet to be able to test features on actual device but will this weekend.

Tested on hardware today, all new actions (and old actions) should be working :) New Variables are also all loading well.

Ready to be reviewed and then merged. There is a superfluous commit (https://github.com/bitfocus/companion-module-aja-helo/pull/6/commits/f53a3e4fefd2f4497180f3ae03cece474e18e55f) that can be removed if deemed unnecessary (was mostly for some fun).
