Allen & Heath SQ fader level to output issue #25

New to Stream Deck/Companion, very cool so far, but having an issue with the Allen & Health SQ module (we have an SQ6). I've made several buttons to mute/unmute channels, those work great. Made a button today that brings the main LR fader (fader level to output) up to 0 dB, and that works great. However, having an issue making that same LR fader go back down to -Inf dB (infinity), instead of going all the way back down, it only down to -1 dB. Doesn't matter if it's the unlatch action on a latch button, or on a button all by itself, selecting "-inf dB" as the level just goes to straight to -1 dB). If I select "-39 dB", that works but only goes down to that level, which is not all the way down. "-39 dB" is the lowest option available next to "-inf dB". Just wanted to report this, it's possible I'm doing something wrong but not sure what. Was originally running 2.2.0-0a98e47a-3475 (Windows), tried upgrading to 3482 today with no change. Thank you.

Hi @toogle9 I've tried now and effectively it's a bug. I will resolve it in a short time, then I will upgrade this thread. Thanks.

Hello, thank you very much for acknowledging! This is not a show stopper at this time, at least for me, so not a huge rush just wanted to get it reported. Sometimes I end up running our Sunday services alone, so I sit at the computer to drive the slides, and use a laptop sitting to the right with the Allen & Heath MixPad app to run the board. Unfortunately there are times when that requires 2 right hands, so since I only have 1 right hand, I am experimenting with the Stream Deck so that I can do certain key functions channel mute/unmute, etc with my left hand while driving the computer with the right. Just a convenience thing really. Thanks again!
