Connection dropping every few seconds #5

I have a VM0808HA which is almost fully working with Companion.

The "Set Crosspoint" function works fine. Very happy with that.

The "Load Profile" function works the first time, but for some reason will cause the connection to continually reset every few seconds, during which the below warning message is flashed for a fraction of a second.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this? I am running the latest firmware 3.4.337

Hi @ATCUSER1 unfortunately I haven't had the time to upgrade the module for the latest firmware version 3+

This requires quite a lot of changes see here: https://github.com/bitfocus/companion-module-base/wiki/Upgrading-a-module-built-for-Companion-2.x

You may have better luck with loading the profiles in companion v2 in the mean time.

@ATCUSER1 I've updated the module to support v3 now. If you get a chance could you try the latest Beta build (currently 3.3.0+6822-main-a581c19b) and let me know how you get on?

@NoahCallaway hey thanks so much! I am crazy busy for the next couple of weeks (and thus don't want to make/test changes to my setup) but I will definitely get back to you towards the end of March. Up until now I have been getting on great with the "set crosspoint" function only. Will be in touch.
