Capture Still action and feedback #233

Add the action to Capture Still and delete a Still from the Media Pool. Also feedback on where the still was deposited (which media pool slot/index) when captured. Being able to delete a particular still would help use the limited media pool in the Atem Mini products.

These ATEM Mini module action would help in making my workflow easier. I use a chroma keyed still over a live feed to see a cutting tool inside a wood turning hollow vessel. With Companion I hope to make this setup a one button push to capture still, put the still in the media player, chroma key the still over the live feed and use that to hollow my woodturnings on my lathe.

This is mostly possible, except there isn't a way to know which slot the still was captured into. This needs some thought on how to figure that out, as the atem doesn't tell us this. I am thinking that it would be worth testing out if it is good enough to track what the last 'uploaded' still was. This will be incorrect after reconnecting to the atem, but is probably the best we can do

Thanks for addressing this action. It would be useful to me and many other woodturner. I am sure it would apply to many other productions.
