Add stream_cache_used variable to monitor stream cache #275 #276

I've added the stream_cache_used variable in my fork of this module and tested it.

I was able to monitor the cache using his variable and verify that it matched the value displayed on the multi view Streaming Status after the cache reached and exceeded 40%.
